Head of People @ TRIBBU
At TRIBBU, we connect people to share cars for their daily commutes. Our goal is clear: to make carpooling as easy as taking a bus. After more than 6 years as a B2B platform, we've opened TRIBBU to the general public. And it's been incredible! In just a few months, we've multiplied our monthly active users by 30, reaching 1 MILLION shared trips in a single month.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of People who wants to:
- Lead and develop the People team: Provide them with context, tools, and support to shine, aligning them to work as a single organism.
- Execute Strategy: Be the bridge that translates the Chief of People's vision into a clear People Roadmap, with OKRs and KPIs that move the needle.
- Build Scalable Systems: Define how the area will evolve, managing the budget with strategic vision and planning team growth.
- Partnership with Managers: Work closely with leaders of other teams to help them build high-performing, sustainable teams.
You're not coming here to 'manage HR', you're coming to build the place where we would all want to work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
We are looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience leading teams and executing high-impact People strategies in Startup environments.
- Thinks strategically and operationally: possesses deep knowledge of systems (recruitment, development, compensation) and enjoys getting hands-on.
- Is comfortable in volatility: manages uncertainty with close, empowering leadership.
- Brings a lot of heart: believes companies should help people become better versions of themselves.
TEAM + CULTURE
You will be part of a company of almost 50 people. You will directly lead the People team and work hand-in-hand with the Chief of People and the Heads of other areas. We are a team with enormous impact: every decision counts.
CONDITIONS AND PERKS
- Salary: To be defined based on experience + Phantom Shares.
- Location: Madrid (Hybrid - Flexibility Monday and Friday + 100% remote in July and August). We have a pool at the office!
- Schedule: Flexible (Full-time).
- Contract: Permanent.
