Role Description
Tria products is engaging a Senior Concrete Batch Plant Automation Consultant to help refine and elevate our platform architecture. This is not a generic PLC programming role; we are not seeking software-only engineers or entry-level controls professionals. This engagement requires deep, hands-on experience in live, high-production ready-mix environments and modern control system architectures.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct experience in concrete batching automation and plant operations
- Demonstrated commissioning experience in active production plants
- Proven expertise in batching sequence design and discharge coordination
- Advanced understanding of precision dosing and weight control stability
- Practical knowledge of moisture integration and dynamic material behavior
- Experience working with distributed control architectures and remote I/O configurations in industrial environments
- Strong understanding of networked fieldbus systems and modular panel layouts
- A track record of working directly with plant operators under production pressure
- Familiarity with industrial PLC platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent)
If your experience is limited to centralized cabinet systems or basic PLC programming without distributed architecture exposure, this role is not a fit.
