Role Overview
As a Junior AI Engineer at Tria Federal, you will design and build agentic systems with outcome-focused intelligent software agents that reason, act, and collaborate to solve real-world problems for federal missions.
Responsibilities
- Build intelligent agents that plan, reason, and interact with users, servers, and APIs.
- Engineer end-to-end products from Python/Node.js backends to React/Angular frontends.
- Integrate AI platforms and foundational models for multi-agent workflows.
- Prototype rapidly, test ideas, and drive projects from concept to pilot.
- Apply responsible AI and security-minded design for systems handling sensitive data.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of full-stack experience with Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular.
- Experience with LLM APIs, generative AI frameworks, and agentic systems.
- Understanding of data/API orchestration, including prompt management and retrieval-augmented solutions.
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms for deploying modern applications.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and initiative in a multidisciplinary team.
