Job Overview
This Analyst Associate - Investments role at Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. supports the Director – Investments/Acquisitions. The candidate will focus on identifying and researching investment opportunities in real estate within the Asia Pacific markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate prospective deals and assist due diligence efforts.
- Develop extensive financial models and analyze potential investments.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Manage and support the entire transaction management process.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a degree from a reputable institution in Finance, Accountancy, Real Estate or Engineering and have 2-3 years of experience in real estate. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills along with in-depth knowledge of real estate investment analysis and valuation methodologies are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, particularly for engagements with senior management and investors.
