About Trexo Robotics
Trexo Robotics is enabling mobility by building powered wearable robots. Our first product is a robot for children with movement disorders such as Cerebral Palsy, allowing kids to walk, in many cases, for the first time in their lives. The device is currently being used by hundreds of families and the best hospitals across North America. We are constantly working towards building mobility solutions for all. At Trexo Robotics, you will find a flat organization where you can work with highly optimistic, low ego, and exceptionally talented individuals who look forward to solving hard problems.
About The Job
To support our growth, we must evolve our digital infrastructure and processes. We are looking for a Business Automation Specialist to act as the primary architect of our digital tools ecosystem which include Salesforce, Zapier, Airtable, Miro etc.
This role is well suited for a junior to mid-level candidate. You will be joining a newly created position within the Business Operations team.
You will help connect or maintain all our different tools, automations, and databases so the whole company runs smoothly as we grow. Additionally, you will turn Salesforce into a powerful tool that helps us track everything from new customers to how well our robots are working.
This is a hybrid position where you will work out of our Mississauga office 3 days a week.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement complex flows, validation rules, and custom objects to streamline the sales and fulfillment pipeline on Salesforce.
- Create no-code and low-code integrations using Zapier to connect Salesforce with Airtable, email marketing tools, and our internal databases.
- Create process maps and data diagrams in tools like Miro, use these to find gaps and work on continuous improvements.
- Write custom JavaScript or Python scripts to automate high-level workflows in Airtable and Salesforce that standard "out-of-the-box" features cannot handle.
- Build and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into the health of the business.
- Develop metrics within Salesforce to track customer satisfaction, sales velocity, and team performance.
- Build logic to identify "at-risk" clients and churn patterns, enabling the team to intervene before a customer loses engagement.
- Manage the technical side of clinical studies, ensuring data integrity within our CRM for all involved stakeholders.
- Keep our existing automation scripts running smoothly and fix any bugs that pop up.
- Work with other departments to find out what is slowing them down and build solutions for them.
- Create or update documentation, guides or training sessions to help the team learn how to use the new tools you build.
About You
You want to work in a small team, solving a big problem while helping an underserved community. You love how the combination of operations, sales, and customer interaction, when perfectly tuned, can build massive businesses. You are a systems thinker who constantly thinks of simplifying processes through automations.
