Position Overview

This role involves working with the sales team to develop and position Trend Micro's cybersecurity products. Responsibilities include engaging with enterprise customers, managing key accounts, and collaborating with channel partners. The ideal candidate is experienced in sales, especially in cloud security, and can drive cross-functional value-led engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer health scores for retention and account value.
  • Leverage SDRs, marketing initiatives, and digital sales strategies.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within accounts.
  • Develop relationships with key enterprise stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging security trends and frameworks (Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, ASRM).
  • Collaborate with strategic technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline management.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security solutions.
  • Proven track record with quota-driven sales.
  • Knowledge of cloud service provider offerings.
