Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in Workday Technology, HR Domain, and MS SQL Server Database. Solves complex problems. Works independently, receives minimal guidance. May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.About Role
Clarify business requirements, map to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Experience in Workday integration, configurations, Workday Studio, Calculated field etc. Experience in Recruitment, Core HR, Benefit Administration. Experience in business process design and configuration, Workday Report and EIB Loads. Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. Document changes and create troubleshooting guides. Work on several projects simultaneously. Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).About You
