Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to join our team at Tree Top Staffing LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing accurate, data-based insights into the company's profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. Your expertise in researching and analyzing financial information will empower well-informed decision-making, while your reporting and monitoring of financial movements will keep us agile and responsive.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial data, including budgets and income statement forecasts, aligning with company goals and financial standing.
• Develop creative alternatives and provide recommendations focused on reducing costs and enhancing overall financial performance.
• Assemble and summarize complex data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and potential risks.
• Create robust financial models, conduct thorough benchmarking, and perform process analysis to drive efficiency.
• Execute business studies on past, future, and comparative performance, developing accurate forecast models.
• Identify key financial trends, offer insightful advice to the company, and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.
• Track and determine financial status by meticulously analyzing actual results against established forecasts.
• Reconcile financial transactions by comparing and correcting data discrepancies.
• Continuously gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about the latest developments and novelties in the financial field.
• Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making across the broadest scope of the function.
• Drive initiatives for process improvement and policy development that significantly impact financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office Suite, and various financial software applications.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and relevant statistical packages.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance principles, and information analysis.
• Well-informed on current financial subjects, accounting standards, tax laws, money market dynamics, and broader business environments.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
