Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with HR software systems, such as HRIS and ATS.
- A solid understanding of relevant labor legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex HR challenges.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Relevant certifications like PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) are a significant plus.
