Job Description
Be a part of something amazing! As a Sales Representative at Treace, you will advance the standard of care for bunion deformities and related midfoot correction. You will collaborate with a diverse team, drive innovation, and contribute to one of the fastest growing orthopedic medical device companies traded on NASDAQ.
Your Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on Treace Medical products.
- Develop new customer relationships and follow up on leads.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons.
- Maintain strong relationships with key account personnel.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to improve product design.

Qualifications
To be successful as a Sales Representative at Treace, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of successful field sales experience.
- The ability to travel locally up to 90% of the time and up to 20% overnight.
- Experience supporting surgeons in emergency/operating room environments.
- Willingness to complete and maintain hospital credentialing requirements.
- A valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance policy.
