Overview
The Project Scheduler will work closely with Project Managers and project teams to develop, update, and publish detailed schedules for projects and proposals in the Power Sector. Key responsibilities include issuing schedules, monitoring progress, reporting deviations, and guiding corrective actions while maintaining department procedures and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Implement scheduling processes and procedures for Power Delivery projects.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
- Create schedule templates and assist in functional schedule development.
- Monitor, forecast, and report schedule performance metrics.
- Integrate corporate finance data with Primavera scheduling data for accurate forecasting.
- Deliver schedule training to PMO and operational staff.
- Provide effective customer service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Project Controls, Engineering, Construction Management or Business, along with 1-4 years of related project scheduling experience. Electrical utility experience and PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification are preferred.

Compensation ranges from USD 60,424 to USD 98,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus program.
