About the Role
We are looking for a passionate individual to join Traya as a 'Product Management Intern'. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to create products that improve customer experience and drive growth. As a 'Product Intern,' you will help shape the product roadmap, execute product features, and track key metrics that define success.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Product Research & User Insights: Conduct user research and gather feedback to better understand customer pain points. Support in translating insights into actionable product ideas.
- Feature Planning & Documentation: Assist in writing product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and creating wireframes. Ensure features are clearly scoped and aligned with business goals.
- Execution Support: Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth execution of product features. Track development progress and help resolve roadblocks.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor competitor products and industry trends to inform product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure successful go-to-market for new features and continuous product improvement.
