About the Customer Account Coordinator Role

Travelpro is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support order management, account coordination, and customer service. The role is ideal for those with customer service or administrative experience looking to expand their skills in order processing and account support.

What You’ll Do

The Customer Account Coordinator will manage order processing and tracking, ensure compliance with account guidelines, and proactively communicate updates.

  • Order Processing & Tracking: Accurately enter and process customer orders, monitor order statuses, and provide updates.
  • Account Support: Coordinate shipment routing and logistics, keep updated with account requirements and shipping policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Inventory, and Accounting to resolve order and invoicing issues.
  • Reporting & Administration: Run shipment status and compliance reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Other Duties: Support the Customer Service team to meet department goals.

What You’ll Need

Applicants should be detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
