Job Overview

The Parts Manager - RV Dealership role is designed for an experienced leader with at least 5 years' experience managing a parts operation. This role offers excellent pay, benefits, and long term growth opportunities within the RV industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in operations and departmental planning
  • Create annual budgets and reconcile daily parts invoices
  • Track daily gross sales and analyze monthly management reports
  • Maintain inventory control and handle parts/warranty return reports
  • Provide on-the-job training for parts department staff
  • Coordinate parts marketing and submit monthly obsolescence reports
  • Lead weekly department meetings and attend manager meetings

Qualifications

  • High School diploma plus five years related experience or equivalent combination
  • Valid Operator Driver's License (must be insurable)
