Key Responsibilities of a Client Experience Consultant

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and trip goals.
• Research destinations, suppliers, and current promotions.
• Design customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences.
• Coordinate reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities.
• Provide clients with clear details regarding schedules, documentation, and policies.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Monitor reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
