This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and growth—where design decisions directly influence conversion, engagement, and customer experience. You should have early experience presenting ideas, managing stakeholder feedback, balancing differing opinions, and defending design decisions with logic rather than preference.
You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where speed matters, but not at the expense of quality. The ideal candidate is highly coachable, adaptable, inquisitive, and eager to continue growing. We’re looking for someone who can execute strong work independently, communicate professionally, and contribute with increasing confidence in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
With Trava, you will play a supportive role where you will aid in the following:
- Design for website optimization, including continuous A/B testing to improve performance and user experience
- Conceptualize and design high-performing creative for paid media (e.g., Meta ads), using testing and iteration to refine visual direction
- Partner with leadership to shape design strategy for the assets you own: Meta ads, Website, Emails
- Design new website pages based on strategic initiatives, user insights, and performance data
- Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure cohesive, effective messaging and visual storytelling
- Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high fidelity
- Apply brand guidelines across customer touchpoints, including marketing emails, ensuring design supports campaign goals and drives measurable outcomes
- Own design decisions with a clear understanding of how they influence business metrics
How You Work
- You learn how to balance speed and quality, and can make thoughtful tradeoffs when needed
- You’re proactive in identifying what matters most and focusing your effort accordingly
- You’re open to feedback and coaching, especially when it comes to improving efficiency and decision-making
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams

- The ability to critique and speak to design decisions
- Strong collaboration skills across product, marketing, and engineering
- Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with broader business goals
