Director, Data Asset Management

At TransUnion, you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate across multiple internal functions. This role is central to driving operational excellence in data quality and onboarding while ensuring data assets are optimized for both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and insight delivery for credit data.
• Oversee data onboarding and customer support operations.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Global Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Product Management.
• Develop and execute data strategy and operational KPIs.
• Lead process enhancements, quality metrics, and business testing.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in data management, strategy or analytics with at least 5 in leadership.
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, quality frameworks, and governance.
• Proven ability in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience in credit reporting, financial services or direct marketing is preferred.
• Knowledge of databases such as DB2, Oracle, SQL, and Big Data platforms.

• Establish data quality metrics and governance frameworks.
• Mentor a high-performing team across geographies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with lean thinking.
• Effectively communicate across multiple teams and levels.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position requiring regular virtual work alongside in-person collaboration at a TransUnion office for at least two days each week.
