DataForce is actively seeking a highly motivated Remote Scheduler to join our team in the United Kingdom. This freelance/independent contractor role is crucial for our data collection projects based in London, United Kingdom. As a Remote Scheduler, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, efficiently managing participant appointments, and meeting critical deadlines.
You will serve as the initial point of contact for our study participants, communicating with potential candidates via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include screening individuals based on specific criteria, scheduling their recording sessions according to their availability, and providing comprehensive pre-study support. This involves responding to inquiries, sending necessary follow-ups, and managing reminders to ensure high attendance rates and minimize no-shows.
Work Responsibilities
- Screening applicants through phone calls and scheduling appointments to match their availability.
- Managing the daily schedule and proactively finding replacement participants for any cancellations.
- Sending detailed emails to candidates, guiding them through the document signing process and clearly explaining the study's purpose.
- Issuing timely reminders to candidates to significantly reduce no-show rates.
- Responding to candidate inquiries via email and phone, or redirecting them to the appropriate contact when necessary.
- Providing essential logistics information to participants.
- Maintaining a filled session schedule days in advance and accurately reflecting project changes in scheduling, resource planning files, and all relevant study documentation.
- Ensuring daily communication and coordination with the project team to maintain up-to-date information flow.
Work Requirements
- Native fluency in English (UK) is essential.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry, report generation, and the creation/management of schedules.
- Exceptional organizational skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to be extremely detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of quickly shifting focus.
- Access to a personal computer/laptop, a headset, and a stable internet connection for work purposes.
- Outstanding customer service capabilities and excellent communication skills across phone, email, and electronic media.
- Proven experience working effectively within a team environment.
- Readiness to provide support to moderators, project coordinators, and managers to achieve project goals.
