DataForce by TransPerfect is actively seeking Canadian residents to join the Asteroid Remote Photo Collection project. This unique, one-time, task-based opportunity focuses on collecting diverse images to enhance AI-driven image recognition systems.
Project Overview
The core objective of this project is to gather photos or screenshots of specific expired or zero-value items. These include:
- Expired physical or digital gift cards and coupons.
- Past event tickets.
- Membership or loyalty cards with no remaining value or that are expired.
The collected materials are crucial for the development and improvement of advanced AI image recognition technologies.
Task Description
As a Remote Data/Image Collector, participants will upload photos or screenshots of the specified items via the DataForce platform. Adherence to provided guidelines and quality requirements is essential. This is a quick and straightforward task, with each submission typically taking only a few minutes.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this project, participants must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Reside in Canada (excluding Quebec).
- Possess the ability to understand and follow guidelines in English.
- Be capable of submitting photos or screenshots of expired physical or digital gift cards, coupons, event tickets, membership or loyalty cards, and related passes that include a visible barcode (including QR codes) and are no more than two years past their expiration or event date.
Location
This is a fully remote project, allowing you to participate conveniently from your home or any preferred location within Canada, with the exception of Quebec.
