About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, creative, and AI-savvy professional to join as an AI Product Operations Manager. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will own and drive AI-first initiatives that optimize product workflows, knowledge-sharing, and go-to-market support across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve product development, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement internal tools, workflows, and systems for enhanced team productivity.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, sales, and CX teams to align AI-driven solutions with organizational goals.
- Surface insights from customer interactions, internal feedback, and market trends to inform strategy.
- Create and optimize product content, enablement materials, and marketing assets.
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes, product communications, and knowledge flow.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in product operations, product management, product marketing, sales engineering, or a hybrid role.
- Strong familiarity with generative AI tools and workflows, including prompt engineering and GPT-based tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to work with varied teams.
- Ability to break down ambiguous needs into clear solutions and work independently.
- Experience with structured and unstructured content in product and GTM domains.
- Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to simplify operations.
- Creativity is key. Bonus: Include an AI-first app or tool you have built.
- Mid-level coding skills are preferable.
- University graduates and individuals with military tech/intelligence unit experience are welcome to apply.
