Position Overview
The Change Management Advisor collaborates on plans and strategies aimed at organizational change, ensuring smooth implementation and maximum end-user adoption of new systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop change management strategies that align with enterprise business requirements.
- Assess organizational change readiness and forecast required changes.
- Consult and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver and monitor change plans.
- Implement risk mitigation tactics and monitor project performance metrics.
- Advocate for change management best practices and support learning initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must have an undergraduate degree in a related discipline and at least five years of related change management experience. Strong communication, planning, research, and analytical skills are required, along with proficiency in assessing and implementing change management methodologies. Change management certification or designation is an asset.

- Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
- Position Type: Full-time temporary (12 months)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (on-site and remote in BC)
- Salary: $82,400 - $123,600 per annum
