We are seeking a Localization Program Manager, Enterprise Accounts for a fixed-term contractor role, covering a leave of absence. This position is fully remote from your preferred location, ideally within Europe or South America, though regular travel to our Rome headquarters (6+ weeks per year) is required.
Role Overview
As a Localization Program Manager, Enterprise Accounts, you will lead the design and execution of tailored operational strategies. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale localization programs for our Enterprise clients, meeting all contractual, process, and technology requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Quality Managers, and Project Managers, to define integration requirements and optimize localization and quality management processes. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long-term client relationships, working closely with Account Managers to achieve operational and strategic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects and activities for specific clients, ensuring strict adherence to contractual, process, and technology requirements.
- Maintain client-specific Program Plans and Asana projects, diligently tracking all activities and technical backlog.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to define service offerings and program goals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Product Managers to define integration requirements and act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during development and implementation.
- Work with Quality Managers and Project Managers to define management processes, ensuring seamless team collaboration and communication.
- Attend all client meetings, including technical discussions, to ensure adherence to agreed processes and provide proper client support.
- Develop robust customer relationships and serve as the single point of contact for operational aspects of the program for both clients and Account Managers.
- Monitor key financial metrics to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded, using data for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in localization within roles such as Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager.
- Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous and fluid environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information into concise, fact-based insights.
- Outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing multiple competing demands, with a sharp focus on detail.
- Proven localization and internationalization knowledge, including proficiency in processes and technology.
- Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to teamwork and shared success.
- Experience in people management is a plus.
