The Opportunity

This role goes beyond traditional administration. As Administration Assistant in the CEO Office you will be at the centre of our leadership and governance operations. You will closely support the Executive Assistant to the CEO and interact with the CEO, ELT, senior management and stakeholders at all levels. The role is primarily based in our Ultimo office under a hybrid working arrangement, with significant regional travel during November and December for the Annual CEO Roadshow and leadership events.

Key Areas Of Focus

  • Provide daily support to the EA and CEO to ensure smooth executive operations.
  • Coordinate ELT and TLG meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas and meeting packs.
  • Manage and deliver the Annual CEO Roadshow and engage with regional depots.
  • Oversee financial administration including expenses, travel bookings, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
  • Drive improvements to systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
