About the Role

We build an electronic trading platform for sell-side fixed income trading. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will help clients understand and adopt TransFICC’s solutions by bridging technology and business. You will run discovery sessions, demos, and shape solutions for fixed income trading workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to drive technical validation and closure.
  • Deliver engaging technical demonstrations and contribute to RFP/RFI responses.
  • Map customer fixed income trading workflows to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal resources through the sales process stages.
  • Advocate customer needs by providing market trends and workflow insights to the Product team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong technical and financial background (Computer Science/Finance degree or equivalent).
  • Understanding of electronic trading workflows, especially in fixed income.
  • Ability to map client workflows, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Based in the New York Metro area, willing to meet clients across the East Coast.
