Group Social Media Manager

Transdev is recruiting a Group Social Media Manager for a 7-month fixed-term contract.
Your Mission
As the Group Social Media Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to defining the group's external communication strategy on social media.
- Implement, manage, and animate the international community of social media managers.
- Propose and manage the social media action plan for the group and for France.
- Align the digital territory on the global and French corporate social accounts in French and English.
- Propose and deploy global social media campaigns that can be adapted in countries for key transversal topics (international days, safety, etc.).
- Manage the editorial calendar for publications.
- Manage the organization of social media for the group and countries, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Brief social media agencies for content creation/adaptation and activation development.
- Monitor the progress of digital communication initiatives.
- Create and write social media content: publications, articles, news.
- Proactively propose innovative content and activations every month.
- Measure the impact of implemented communications, present monthly KPIs and social media impact (community size, reach, and engagement), ensuring their achievement. Provide quarterly and annual reports.
- Monitor allocated budgets at the beginning of the year, including the sponsorship budget.
- Manage company e-reputation monitoring and recommend optimizations.
- Participate in crisis management on social media and the company website.
- Ensure constant monitoring of evolving digital communication practices, user behaviors, and trends in your field.
- Conduct benchmarking.
- Reporting.
Your Profile
- Higher education (Bac+5) from business schools, universities specializing in communication, political science, etc., with solid experience in communication, social media, and brand management.
- Creative, with a synthetic and analytical mind, and excellent written expression in French and English are essential assets for this role.
- Editorial approach, very good writing skills, and a strong sense of interpersonal relationships.
- Mastery of the codes and functionalities of social media communication. Mastery of website functionalities and web usage.
- Global mindset and ability to collaborate in a multicultural context.
- Natural curiosity and a strong appetite for the world of social media and its constant evolution.
Your Destination
Within the Group's Communication Department, the Group Social Media Manager reports to the Group Director of Brand and Digital Communications. They contribute to developing Transdev Group's notoriety and image internationally and in France by participating in the definition of the social media strategy and managing its implementation. They contribute to the development of the company's e-influence with internal and external stakeholders (Internal Communication, Brand, HR, DRI, France Communication, etc.).
