Reports Analyst Lead

Transcosmos Asia Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Reports Analyst Lead to join their team. This role is crucial for translating stakeholder requirements into actionable reporting deliverables and directly presenting data to clients and senior management. If you have a strong background in BPO contact center operations, a knack for data analysis, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. A signing bonus of 24k is offered for this position.

Role Function

• Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables.
• Direct contact and data presentation to clients.
• Serve as an Individual Contributor; people management experience is a plus but not required.
• Assist stakeholders with dashboard development and report generation.
• Work closely with the management team to prioritize business and information needs.
• Act as a key person for checking and balancing reporting information.
• Provide analytics and performance recommendations based on generated values.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement different reporting methodologies for reporting enhancements.
• Monitor process performance and improvements based on Operational Key Metrics.
• Generate and process data for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reporting Assignments.
• Deliver and accommodate ad hoc reports as necessary.
• Perform report template building and maintenance.
• Automate reports to reduce inefficiencies by designing macros.
• Deliver all designated reporting activities as detailed in the Service Menu to agreed timelines and quality, both internally and externally.
• Create templates and trackers, and collate data for reports.
