Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and processes
  • Plan, execute, and document IT risk assessments for global operations (cloud, on-premise, and hybrid)
  • Conduct and support Business Impact Analyses (BIA)
  • Identify, assess, and document information security risks
  • Collaborate with IT, support, and business teams to implement risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain and improve the enterprise IT risk register
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Assist in third-party/vendor risk assessments
  • Develop and refine IT risk assessment methodologies, templates, and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT risk and/or compliance
  • Experience in the BPO industry is desirable
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components including end user computing, networking, data centres, telephony, and contact centre applications
  • Proficiency with security tools such as antivirus suites, security monitoring, SIEM/SOAR applications
  • Clear communication with a methodical and systematic working style
  • English proficiency: B2 minimum, preferably C1/C2
