Job Description

Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Department, the SAP HR/Payroll Senior Analyst designs and implements solutions adapted to the needs of users in the human resources and payroll sector of Transat's subsidiaries. The role involves analyzing needs, documenting requests, following up on communications, and making relevant recommendations. You will also be responsible for implementing solutions, configuring the system and collaborating closely with business analysts and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business rules, requirements, and project impacts on the SAP solution.
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Design, propose, validate solutions, and develop action plans.
  • Configure the system, especially during collective agreement updates.
  • Contribute to program design and write functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate SAP solutions.
  • Provide application and technical support, including user training as needed.
  • Develop, execute, document test scenarios and participate in validation phases.
  • Apply application change methodology and maintain functional documentation.

Qualifications

  • University degree in information technology or administration.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience as an SAP HR/Payroll analyst.
  • In-depth mastery of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, PY and TM.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong complex problem solving and multi-project management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented approach.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Fluency in French and English; French required for positions in Quebec.
