Role: Service Technician
This Service Technician role is based in the Bucharest area. If you are passionate about HVAC and ready to contribute to a leading company, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining equipment for assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Commissioning, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment.
- Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment at the client's premises.
- Identifying necessary parts for equipment repair.
- Representing the company through direct client contact; listening, informing, and formulating recommendations.
What We Need
- HVAC Knowledge: You must have experience in HVAC or a similar field, understanding the principles of installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment.
- Communication: You need strong customer interaction skills and the ability to answer questions and resolve customer issues.
- Computer Operation: You must be proficient in using a computer and software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, and MS Windows).
- Driving License: Category B driving license is required.
- Romanian Language: Mandatory requirement.
- Availability: Must be available for travel, occasional overtime, and weekends.
