Company Description

We've built Tramplin, a consumer app offering native staking of SOL with random rewards redistribution inspired by premium bonds.

Premium bonds is an old-school tradfi instrument with 70+ year history that replaces fixed interest on government-issued loans with monthly chance to get outsized cash redistributions. Unlike banks issuing premium bonds, we never take custody of user funds, it works with no added risk.

Here is how it works: Our reward algorithm redistributes rewards to random users every 10 minutes and once a month one user gets an outsized maximum reward. All results published on-chain for full transparency.

Role Description

We are looking for a strong marketing leader who can build and scale marketing for a Web3 project from zero to mass retail adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of marketing and user growth
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategy
  • User acquisition and activation (performance marketing, influencers, partnerships, community)
  • Build and manage the marketing team (in-house and contractors)
  • Own the full funnel: acquisition → activation → retention
  • Launch and scale campaigns with clear KPIs
  • Work closely with product, BD, and founders
  • Analytics-driven growth, rapid experimentation, and CAC/LTV optimization

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both Web3 and Web2 marketing
  • Demonstrated growth cases (preferably from 0 to tens/hundreds of thousands or 1M+ users)
  • Strong understanding of retail audiences
  • Experience launching and scaling marketing campaigns
  • High ownership and execution-focused mindset
  • Time zone: within ±3 hours of the core team (Cyprus)
  • Hands-on approach (not just strategy, but execution)

Current Status

  • Team of ~13 people
  • 3–4 in marketing
  • The rest in tech and BD
