Job Opening: Commercial Transport Lead Converter
We are looking for a results-oriented sales professional, specialized in managing and converting qualified leads, to offer real solutions to transporters: access to the cooperative, truck rentals, fuel cards, work opportunities, and much more.
Your Responsibilities:
- Management and conversion of leads interested in becoming transporters.
- Conversion of leads interested in truck rental and acquisition.
- Commercial advice on the cooperative model and associated services.
- Complete follow-up of the commercial process: qualification, proposal, and closing.
- Coordination with internal teams (Administration, Fleet, Management, and Direction).
- Recording and tracking of commercial activity in the CRM (Salesforce).
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales and closing operations (closer).
- Is goal-oriented and has a results-driven mindset.
- Has a natural ability to build trust and client relationships.
- Is organized and good at lead follow-up.
- Experience in transport, automotive, rental, insurance, or finance is a plus.

- Base Salary: €21,000
