The Role
The Group Chief Marketing Officer is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing a group-wide marketing strategy across both Traffic Label and Sway Gaming. The role demands an entrepreneurial leader experienced in iGaming, sports betting, casino, or affiliate sectors, focused on building teams, scaling customer acquisition, and developing brands from the ground up.
- Develop and lead a unified marketing strategy
- Own full-funnel marketing including strategy, performance, and creative execution
- Oversee acquisition channels such as SEO, PPC, affiliate, display, programmatic, and social
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Drive data-driven decision-making tied to business KPIs
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements
Required Experience
Proven track record in a senior marketing role within iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or a related industry; startup or scale-up experience launching or growing iGaming brands; deep knowledge across performance marketing channels, digital customer acquisition and data analytics; strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
