Operations Specialist at tradias

Responsibilities

The Operations Specialist will:

  • Support daily crypto and fiat treasury operations
  • Operate daily settlement operations
  • Manage SSI processes
  • Investigate due settlements and reconcile breaks
  • Act as the contact person for middle office, trading desk, risk, and relationship management
  • Ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits
  • Support implementation of new features and improvements through requirements gathering and testing

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

  • A university degree in business, finance, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field
  • Professional experience in trustee & depository, custody, clearing, collateral management or the banking industry
  • Experience in a crypto environment is advantageous
  • Quick comprehension and a confident, sovereign demeanor
  • Team spirit, commitment, and initiative
  • Excellent German and English skills
