About the Team

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of Tradeweb’s Central Analytics team. You will support the delivery of high-impact, data-driven insights, metrics, and recommendations related to trading activity on the Tradeweb platform. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and internal stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that inform product development, client reporting, and strategic business decisions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and results-driven individual with a strong interest in data, analytics, and financial markets. Foundational technical skills in SQL and Tableau are essential, alongside a high level of accountability and the ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to data needs and queries from internal teams regarding activities on the Tradeweb Markets trading platform and in fixed income markets.
  • Conduct empirical analysis on fixed income trading and market trends with guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in producing client-facing and internal reports, dashboards, and recurring metrics on platform usage and trading behavior.
  • Contribute analysis to guide the development of new analytics, content, and product features supporting investment and trading decisions.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and standardized reporting assets.
  • Present analytical findings through clear written summaries, visuals, and presentations tailored to the audience.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all analytical deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an emphasis on quantitative coursework (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or economics).
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical function.
  • Proficiency in SQL/ORACLE coding, database querying, or other statistical analysis and data mining software.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau.
  • Python experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of finance/economics; knowledge in fixed income is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and a self-starter, with the ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight.
