Role Overview
The Head of AI & Data is a senior leadership role within Trade Me’s Technology team. You will shape and deliver our AI and Data strategy, drive innovation, and enhance decision-making across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI adoption across business processes and products.
- Define and implement a clear AI platform strategy.
- Lead evolution of data platforms and support data self-service.
- Collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Champion company values and foster an inclusive culture.
What You Bring
- 10+ years in Data/AI roles with 5+ years in AI leadership.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML and data platforms.
- Experience in agile, online properties and leading large teams.
- Strong strategic mindset and effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive transformation and innovation.
