Influencer Marketing Manager at Tractive

Your Territory
As part of our Influencer Marketing team, you will:
- Manage and grow our influencer marketing activities across different markets and social media platforms
- Own influencer marketing campaigns from end to end, from researching suitable creators to executing and evaluating collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing influencers to create strong and effective partnerships
- Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and budgets to establish mutually beneficial partnerships
- Stay on top of social media trends on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to identify new opportunities and ideas
- Analyze influencer performance, review past collaborations, and turn learnings into actionable improvements for future campaigns
Your Profile
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, either through managing creators, executing campaigns, or building brand partnerships
- Strong understanding of influencer collaborations and social media platform dynamics
- Experience identifying relevant creators and managing influencer campaigns from research to reporting
- Good understanding of current social media trends and the ability to spot new opportunities early
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
