About the Role: Sr. ServiceNow Engineer

As a Sr. ServiceNow Engineer, you will be a vital technical resource responsible for designing, developing, and deploying integrations between ServiceNow and systems like NetSuite SuiteBilling and other third-party platforms. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow, robust integration skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications including workflows, modules, business rules, scripts, and ACLs.
  • Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow Editor to automate critical billing and financial processes.
  • Implement and enforce role-based access controls and maintain secure data boundaries.
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Create technical documentation and provide Tier 2/3 support and training.
  • Support Multi-Tenancy & Domain Separation projects once live.

Qualifications & Interests

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow administration, development, and integrations experience.
  • 3+ years integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems like NetSuite, Active Directory, and Azure.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP web services and MID Server configurations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM modules and ServiceNow security models.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps and Agile methodologies.
