The Opportunity
In this role, you will lead the design of end-to-end Trust & Safety ecosystems that combine human expertise, AI/ML, automation, and analytics to deliver measurable impact on platform safety, compliance, and user trust. As a senior member of TP.ai Data Services, you will act as both a hands-on solution architect and a strategic advisor, working with Fortune 500 clients, regulators, and technology partners to create solutions that balance policy enforcement, operational efficiency, and responsible AI adoption.
The Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the design of end-to-end Trust & Safety solutions, spanning content moderation, policy enforcement, child safety, fraud prevention, IP protection, brand integrity, misinformation mitigation, and emerging harms.
- Translate client requirements, policy frameworks, and regulatory mandates into globally deployable operating models that combine people, process, and technology.
- Design scalable delivery frameworks that integrate human-in-the-loop workflows with AI/ML classifiers, automation pipelines, abuse simulation, and advanced analytics.
- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and C-Suite client executives to co-create solutions tailored to platform-specific challenges.
- Lead solution workshops, RFP responses, and executive presentations, clearly articulating value propositions, technical frameworks, and ROI.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to global clients, helping them navigate safety risks, regulatory complexity, and technology adoption.
- Embed compliance with global safety regulations (EU AI Act, DSA, COPPA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPL) and platform-specific rules into solution designs.
- Ensure solutions align with Responsible AI principles: bias mitigation, explainability, fairness, and accountability.
- Anticipate emerging regulatory and industry standards (e.g., C2PA, watermarking, provenance tools) to build future-proof architectures.
- Define frameworks for talent sourcing, onboarding, training, wellness, and performance management in T&S delivery teams.
- Establish audit-ready quality systems, escalation protocols, and KPI frameworks to ensure measurable business and safety outcomes.
- Design multi-geo delivery models that support multilingual, multi-time-zone, and multi-platform ecosystems.
- Collaborate with TP.ai’s product, technology, and analytics teams to embed cutting-edge capabilities such as real-time risk monitoring, automated detection, and abuse red-teaming.
- Drive an innovation pipeline that incubates and scales solutions for Generative AI risks (deepfakes, misinformation, hallucinations, prompt injection, adversarial attacks).
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring solution architectures are robust, scalable, and adaptable across client ecosystems.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Trust & Safety solution design, enterprise architecture, or digital risk operations, with proven expertise in multi-geo/global programs.
- Demonstrated success in architecting enterprise-scale T&S programs that combine policy, compliance, technology, and operations.
- Deep knowledge of content moderation workflows, fraud/risk detection, misinformation mitigation, and brand/IP protection.
- Technical fluency in AI/ML systems, automation, annotation platforms, classifier optimization, and MLOps pipelines.
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives, lead solution workshops, and present complex technical strategies clearly and compellingly.
- Experience across multiple verticals (social platforms, gaming, e-commerce, BFSI, healthcare).
- Familiarity with safety-specific regulations, watermarking/provenance tools (C2PA), and red-teaming frameworks.
- Prior experience in consulting, enterprise solutioning, or pre-sales for digital safety programs.
- Strong track record of mentoring teams and driving global practice development.
