What you'll do

• Review, classify, and develop creative Prompts for GenAI systems using client tools and guidelines.
• Input high-quality data and feedback to improve training, tuning, and evaluation.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Please note that at times content may be sensitive.

What you'll bring

• Arabic at excellent level (C1+) and solid English (B2+).
• 1–2 years’ experience in content safety/moderation or customer support; GenAI familiarity is a plus.
• Critical thinking, objective decision-making, excellent written communication, and cultural awareness.
• Solid team, and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision.
• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies.
• Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes.
