Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator at TP
Are you passionate about everything online with an eye for details? TP is expanding its strong Social Media Content Moderators team in Athens, Greece, and is seeking talents with excellent Brazilian Portuguese and English skills. This role involves relocating to Athens and joining a state-of-the-art working environment.
As a key member of the team, you will review and categorize social media commercial ads and moderate business content, contributing to a better user experience. TP in Greece has a 30-year history of connecting customers with top brands, boasting a diverse team of over 12,000 employees from more than 109 nationalities.
Please note: This is an on-site position. Our teams operate from our advanced offices in Athens (Moschato and Piraeus), and it is not a remote or work-from-home role.
What You Will Do:
- Review and categorize social media content based on specific guidelines.
- Ensure user-uploaded information complies with client policies.
- Make balanced decisions to advocate effectively for the online community.
- Ensure high-quality, safe experiences for both people and businesses.
- Apply content policies to digital content consistently.
- Assist customers via chat, email, or phone (project-dependent).
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Adhere to company and client procedures and guidelines.
What We Expect From You:
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Brazilian Portuguese.
- Very good English knowledge.
- Exceptional communication, soft, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use Windows Operating Systems, internet applications, and MS Office.
- Solid team and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate personal beliefs from moderated content policies.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a desire for continuous improvement.
- Experience in Content Moderation, Social Media, or Customer Support is an advantage.
