The Enterprise AI Department is seeking a Responsible Artificial Intelligence Process Automation Manager to operationalize Responsible AI policies through automated workflows, controls, and monitoring that ensure safety, ethics, privacy, and compliance in AI development and deployment.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will translate policy into practice by designing and implementing automated guardrails and integrating them with engineering toolchains. You will partner with product, security, legal, and data governance teams to drive efficiency and ensure auditable practices across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design and implement automated workflows, tools, dashboards and applications.
  • Build and maintain centralized templates, checklists, and evidence capture systems.
  • Integrate Responsible AI checks into development tools such as version control, CI/CD, and ticketing systems.
  • Define and track KPIs for Responsible AI operations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and data governance to align controls with policies.
  • Create a catalog of pre-approved patterns for common AI use cases.
  • Manage change through pilot processes, feedback collection, and scaling training initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 6-10 years of experience in process automation/governance engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years integrating controls into development and operations tool chains.
  • Proven delivery of end-to-end automated governance workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting automation in tools like Git, CI/CD, and monitoring systems.
  • Strong documentation skills and audit readiness.

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in implementing Responsible AI or model governance controls.
  • Background in regulated or safety-critical domains.
  • Experience in managing reusable control libraries or workflow templates.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional process rollouts.
