Who We’re Looking For
The Toyota Financial Services Technology Operations Center is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Lead TOC Engineer.
Reporting to the National Manager of the TOC, the person in this role will play a key role in the governance, care and feeding, and uplifting of our Configuration Management Database. You will work with multiple stakeholders and Engineering teams in maintaining an accurate and reliable CMDB that supports or technology needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as SME across ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB/CSD
- Own end-to-end asset lifecycle + HAM/SAM Pro capabilities
- Design/build Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB health, and integrations
- Deliver ServiceNow development (workflows, scripts, APIs, automation)
- Drive data quality, governance, and audit/compliance readiness
- Partner across IT, Finance, and Audit to enable cost transparency and optimization
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development + admin experience
- 3+ years of experience in ITAM (HAM/SAM), ITOM, and CMDB/CSDM
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, integrations
- Proven SME mindset as it relates to architecture, process, and governance ownership
- Experience in automation, asset accuracy, and operational improvements
Added bonus if you have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITOM)
- 1+ years of experience with license compliance, audits, and optimization
- 1+ years of experience with SOX / audit controls and enterprise asset governance
- 1+ years of experience with ITIL / SACM and Agile delivery
