As part of a replacement, we are looking for a Site Coordinator Automation Service (H/F) to join our Technical Department.
You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the technical and human resources necessary for the execution of construction sites, from the project phase to delivery, in strict compliance with safety regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Narrow Aisle Commercial Support
- Control the technical feasibility of orders and deliveries for Narrow Aisle forklifts.
- Visit clients to validate technical solutions adapted to their needs and constraints.
- Participate in monitoring turnover and profit margins in relation with the Automation Service Manager.
- Inform management of customer feedback (potential works, etc.).
Site Supervision and Management
- Plan and organize the various tools and resources for the execution of work within optimal time and cost conditions.
- Monitor the progress of construction sites in relation with Automation Service technicians.
- Place orders for parts necessary for forklift preparation and orders for subcontractors.
- Organize the on-site intervention schedule for Automation Service Technicians.
- Manage site delivery.
- Organize forklift retrieval in coordination with the Customer Support Center, Short-Term and Long-Term Rental, and clients.
- Inform relevant departments of the client intervention date.
- Monitor and control the compliance with quality rules, procedures, and instructions.
- Control the compliance of realizations by suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Ensure inventory of tooling and parts in stock with the Narrow Aisle Manager.
- Plan Automation Service technicians on Automation projects, in coordination with Automation Project Managers.
- Plan and monitor regulatory and technical training for Automation Service technicians.
Quotation & Invoicing
- Estimate the cost of works and prepare a quotation.
- Monitor the evolution of construction site-related costs.
- Prepare the elements and trigger invoicing.
- Take corrective actions to address deviations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Holder of a Bac +2 diploma (DUT/BTS in mechanics or electricity), with successful previous experience.
- Knowledge of mechanics and specific equipment technologies.
- English: intermediate level.
- Driving license.
- CACES 1, 3, 5, 6.
- Electrical authorization.
Additional Information:
- Employment Type: Permanent Contract (CDI)
- Status: Non-Executive
- Start Date: ASAP

- Annual gross salary between €40,000 and €42,000 including a 13th month.
