Your Mission
As a Senior Consultant - Vertriebsorganisation & Go-to-Market Transformation, you support Hidden Champions in the B2B sector by modernizing their sales and marketing organizations.
Your Responsibilities
- Transforming Go-to-Market structures using data-driven and technological approaches.
- Conducting market and competitor analyses plus stakeholder interviews.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive digital growth.
- Analyzing and optimizing sales and marketing processes.
- Implementing CRM and Marketing Automation solutions (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
- Advising at a senior management level with clear insights and recommendations.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of consulting experience in Sales/Marketing Transformation.
- Experience in B2B sectors like Manufacturing, Industrial Goods, and SaaS.
- Strong analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mindset.
