Your Role: Senior Consultant - Sales & Go-to-Market Transformation
You will support Hidden Champions in the B2B sector to modernize their sales and marketing organizations and shape go-to-market strategies with a digital focus.
- Transform go-to-market structures using strategy, technology, and data.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies for digital growth.
- Optimize sales and marketing processes, including CRM and marketing automation.
- Advise senior management with insights using advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years in Sales/Marketing Transformation in management consulting.
- Experience in B2B industries such as Manufacturing, Industrial Goods, and SaaS.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
