Your Role: Senior Consultant - Sales & Go-to-Market Transformation

You will support Hidden Champions in the B2B sector to modernize their sales and marketing organizations and shape go-to-market strategies with a digital focus.

  • Transform go-to-market structures using strategy, technology, and data.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies for digital growth.
  • Optimize sales and marketing processes, including CRM and marketing automation.
  • Advise senior management with insights using advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in Sales/Marketing Transformation in management consulting.
  • Experience in B2B industries such as Manufacturing, Industrial Goods, and SaaS.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
