Volunteer Needs Assessment Manager

Additional Information
The Needs Assessment Manager carries out their mission under the responsibility of the association's president and in collaboration with the volunteer(s) in charge of volunteer files and/or technical assistant and/or salaried manager of the association. Their mission is to assess, at least annually, the evolution of client needs to ensure their interventions or personalized projects are as coherent as possible.
- Train in needs assessment and the use of necessary client follow-up documents within the framework of the quality approach.
- Review with the file manager the visits to be carried out and the clients' situations (knowledge of the situation, history of needs and interventions, specific issues...).
- Comply with the annual visit follow-up plan and contribute to its update.
- Discuss with clients met about interventions at their homes, their adequacy with their needs if they have evolved, assess risks at home for the client and/or the caregiver, and complete the appropriate documents.
- Identify areas for improvement in the intervention plan if it is no longer suitable.
- Identify elements that pose a risk to the client or caregivers at home.
- Inform about existing systems that could meet needs that ADMR cannot address (e.g., home adaptation/domotics, etc.).
- Transmit all information to the file manager for the implementation of a new, more adapted intervention plan and transmit the information to the file manager.
- Exercise discretion regarding the situation of individuals in accordance with the code of ethics and be vigilant regarding information written in files.
