Team Treasurer Volunteer

Overview

Tous Bénévoles is offering a volunteer opportunity through Les Petits Frères des Pauvres - Méditerranée. The Team Treasurer volunteer will manage team budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the Antibes team.

Responsibilities

The Team Treasurer will:

• Establish the team budget in consultation with volunteers and staff
• Monitor and reconcile expenses and incomes
• Inform team members, especially newcomers, about accounting rules
• Reimburse expenses incurred by volunteers
• Maintain accurate and regular bookkeeping
• Report the financial balance at team meetings

Skills and Attributes

Ideal candidates should be available, good listeners, open to exchange and sharing, proficient with IT tools, and have a passion for numbers and community engagement. Participation in team meetings is required.

Additional Information

This volunteer role requires a commitment of a few hours per week and includes specific training for the role.
