Job Description
About the Role
This volunteer position, proposed by the Fédération ADMR de l'Ain, seeks a Quality Referent for a person-centered aid association. You will operate under the responsibility of the association's president and will be instrumental in implementing the quality approach within the local association.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the quality department of the ADMR federation and local teams.
- Foster team buy-in and understanding of the quality project.
- Raise awareness within the team about quality standards and keep them informed of updates.
- Participate in working groups and information meetings.
- Ensure the dissemination and application of updated documentation within the team.
- Participate in testing new tools before their final validation.
- Communicate improvement suggestions upwards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including action plan follow-up.
- Attend quality steering committee meetings.
