Job Description
Mission: Quality Referent Volunteer
This mission is proposed by the Fédération ADMR de l'Ain.
Responsibilities:
The Quality Referent(s) for the association carries out their mission under the responsibility of the association's president. They are responsible for implementing the quality approach within the local association.
- Act as the liaison between the quality service of the ADMR Federation of Ain and local teams.
- Encourage team buy-in to the project.
- Raise team awareness about quality and keep them informed.
- Participate in working groups and information meetings.
- Ensure the dissemination of updated documentation to the team and evaluate its application.
- Participate in testing new tools in development before validation.
- Transmit suggestions for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement (follow-up of action plans...).
- Participate in quality steering committee meetings.
