Job Description

Mission: Quality Referent Volunteer

This mission is proposed by the Fédération ADMR de l'Ain.

Responsibilities:

The Quality Referent(s) for the association carries out their mission under the responsibility of the association's president. They are responsible for implementing the quality approach within the local association.

  • Act as the liaison between the quality service of the ADMR Federation of Ain and local teams.
  • Encourage team buy-in to the project.
  • Raise team awareness about quality and keep them informed.
  • Participate in working groups and information meetings.
  • Ensure the dissemination of updated documentation to the team and evaluate its application.
  • Participate in testing new tools in development before validation.
  • Transmit suggestions for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement (follow-up of action plans...).
  • Participate in quality steering committee meetings.

Required Skills and Qualities:

  • Be receptive to feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Be proactive in proposing improvements.
  • Be pedagogical.

Availability:

1 day per week
