About the Seasonal Stocking and Fulfillment Associate - Part Time Role
At Total Wine & More, all store team members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. In this part-time seasonal role, you will maximize product inventory and support online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process freight, organize and distribute inventory, and build displays.
- Stock merchandise, place signage and support digital business order fulfillment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging customers.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
- Load and deliver orders safely if assigned delivery responsibilities.
- Perform cross-functional duties including sales and front end support as needed.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience preferred includes 1-3 years overall and at least 1 year in a retail setting. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is a plus. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for 8-10 hours.
- Capable of climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Work may occur in various outdoor weather conditions.
